Many people say that a voice is not an instrument. Well we read notes just as any other person who plays any instrument. We can keep rhythm, we can reach pitches with our voices, and not have to rely on some piece of wood or brass. In a way my voice is an instrument. I  may not have to use my arms, but that does not mean that I am not an instrument. Why am I going to judge on what a musical instrument is; when really a musical instrument is really meant to make sound. And that is what i do, I make noise with my mouth.

I play the drums. And as for being a great instrument, well I am not here to boast but I am the boss. I have the best instrument around; I mean think about it I get to beat the crap out of the instrument that is played by my hands. I am the rhythm, and in awesome rock bands I provide the back bone to any song. I give that pit feeling to an orchestra. I am a deep voice in the back screaming at everybody telling them to pay attention to me I am carrying the rhythm.

A viola, an instrument that is well underestimated. Although we might not be very well liked it seems that no one knows that the viola came before the violin. The entire reason why a violin exists only because it is smaller and back then violins were made just because of the fact that it made it more portable for the violinists back then in the ancient era of music. we are deep voices and we are resourceful about our little parts in the orchestra, Violins got there shapes from us and we are proud of that. We might be fat but because of that we are loud and deep.

The Flute, a very high pitched instrument to the orchestra world. We are very known for our high octaves and our ability to build lung strength. We are very proud of our high pitched personas. We provide a nice harmonic to an orchestra and a great tone to the bands. We are very expensive instruments but hey that what we like. A flute is much more portable then any of the other instruments. And we do not need to show off about it, but we do anyways. I might not be very popular, but i am very useful everywhere and it doesn't even matter what other people think. I am always going to annoy everybody that thinks that I am a useless instrument.

The Bass of the orchestra. that is who I am. I am the backbone of the orchestra. it is because of me that the orchestra sounds as good as it sounds. I provide a deep loud sound that allows the orchestra maintain the rhythm and the sound quality that is required to make a nice and lovely sound. And being the bass made me a more observant person. For instance every time you listen to a song what do you turn up. The obvious answer is the volume. But the main thing is the bass, and as a matter of fact that is what is going right now. the bass is always turned up for it is the foundation of a song. Which is who I am. I have always seen myself as a foundation for those who come up to me and need my help with whatever is on there shoulders. I am the person to count on and the person to stay with the rhythm, and a person with the know how somebody who can always have a low tone to things.

Cello many people think we are just a smaller version of that one big instrument in the orchestra. But does anyone ever realize that cello as well as any other instrument have a humongous roll in everything. We are known for having our own solos. Bach was one of the most inspirational for all cellists. His sweet preludes made it so the cello players all over could live a life of fulfillment know that they to have something to contribute to the world. The cello has given me an out look of life that makes me kinda want to branch out and seek out how amazing things that have happened just because people wanted to innovate the way people think about things that seem useless in their eyes.

I am a conductor and it might not seem that I do much much. But in reality I do; I direct one big ensemble of instruments and turn them all into a humongous instrument with one solid sound in order to entertain and enlighten the soul with beautiful harmony. As my body moves the humongous instrument made up of all instruments follows my command. I control what happens in a piece of music. I know what music is for I feel the rhythm in my body. The world is my instrument; i get to conduct many pieces from all over the world. Russia, Germany, France, America, England,. I see through the eyes of the composer and the emotions allow me to find a meaning to everybody in the world.

So what is it about a piano that interests me so, and why is it an important instrument. Well the piano has had many composers come and go, and leave music behind for this magical instrument. But at the same time I look at the piano keys and realize that there is nothing but unity of black and white that makes a perfect sounding noise when it comes out. Our world today should come together like the piano keys so that every color may mix and create perfect unity. the keys in my life have been roads that I have had to choose to survive and achieve the final say in my life. The piano isn't just an instrument in my eyes it is an extension of who i am. I am no expert in anything, but I am an expert at a piano. I do not intend to overtake, but i do want to appreciate the musical world. I want to show that the piano is me in a musical form, and a form to inspire people to destroy fascism, and discrimination. And come together as one to make sweet harmony.

The bassoon has really been the thing that I would say opened my eyes. I was a pretty careless musician before I got serious about it. Most of my time was spent playing something I liked because I could play it. The bassoon chalanged me to not only expand my musical taste, but also realize the little simple things that impact playing that make a great player in difference to the average player. The bassoon I believe is similar to my voice in which I also express musically. There are many similarities between both and the lines given in tenor music and bassoon music have similarities as well as almost the same voice. Playing bassoon has inspired me to strive to be the best musician I can be, it has changed how I view music, and it has inspired me to inspire others through the wonders of music.

The Guitar an instrument of true beauty. Known for rock, but behind all that heaviness is a soft and gentle soul full of colors. The Deep tone makes me weep as it makes me see the colors around the space that i live in. Many string on this instrument but only one instrument that really does speak the many languages of the world. It is spanish, it is folk, it is english, and it is american. it has Made me aware of the culture around me, and how that culture can change the instant something goes wrong or something changes. Life has no meaning without harmony and I thank god that such a wonderful piece of wood can bring such a a big crowd of people together to listen to what seems to them a bunch of noise. Which really is something worth dying for.

In our world there are musicians, and there are instruments. But what goes through the mind of musicians when they play there own chosen instruments. I am going to go through twelve musicians with twelve different instruments to find out what they have to say about music and there life. I am one of those musicians; I play the violin a four stringed piece of wood that when played right can fill an entire cathedral with harmonious beauty.  The violin to others seems to be an instrument full of annoying squeaks that just give you a headache, and a desire to leave the room. But to me the violin is an instrument full of surprises and riddles that are just waiting to be solved, and the only one that can do this is me. Although I spend a great portion of my time alone in my room practicing and mastering what I need to know, that time has given me an opportunity to figure out who I am. The violin has become an extension of who I am, and in some words I could say that in some weird way it is who I am and going to be. The violin is an instrument that stands out, and that is who I am a person who stands out.
